Little Priest Tribal College (LPTC) is a two-year accredited institution of higher education located on the Omaha Indian Reservation in northeastern Nebraska, United States. It is a member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC).

Founded in 1974 as a tribally controlled community college, LPTC offers associate degrees and certificates in a variety of academic and career fields. The college also provides adult basic education, GED preparation, and ESL classes. LPTC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

The college's main campus is located in Macy, Nebraska, on the Omaha Indian Reservation. The college also has a satellite campus in South Sioux City, Nebraska.

LPTC is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, eight of whom are elected by the enrolled members of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska. The ninth member is the President of the College. The current President of LPTC is Dr. James J. Shanley.

The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska has a long history of educational attainment. In the early 1800s, members of the Omaha Tribe were some of the first students at the newly established Hampton Institute in Virginia. In the late 1800s, members of the Omaha Tribe founded and operated their own schools on the Omaha Indian Reservation.

In the early 1970s, the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska decided to establish a tribally controlled community college. With the help of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service, the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska purchased a former public school building in Macy, Nebraska, and Little Priest Tribal College was born.

Since its founding, LPTC has grown and changed to meet the needs of its students and the community. In the 1980s, LPTC added a satellite campus in South Sioux City, Nebraska. In the 1990s, LPTC added a number of new academic programs, including a nursing program. In the 2000s, LPTC added a number of new buildings to its Macy campus, including a new library and a new student center.

Today, LPTC is a thriving institution of higher education serving a diverse student body. LPTC offers associate degrees and certificates in a variety of academic and career fields.
