Iowa Western Community College (IWCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education in Council Bluffs, Iowa. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The college offers both credit and non-credit programs.

IWCC was established in 1967 as the Iowa Western Development Corporation. The first classes were held in 1968 with an enrollment of 537 students. In 1971, the name was changed to Iowa Western Community College. The college has grown steadily since then and now serves over 5,000 students.

IWCC offers over 50 different programs of study leading to an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associate of Applied Science degree. The college also offers a number of certificate programs.

IWCC is committed to providing affordable, quality education and training. The college has a variety of financial aid programs available to help students pay for their education.
