Hazard Community and Technical College (HCTC) is a public college in Hazard, Kentucky. It is part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The college offers associate degrees and certificates in more than 50 academic and technical programs. HCTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).

HCTC was founded in 1968 as Hazard Community College. The college became part of KCTCS in 2000. In 2003, the college changed its name to Hazard Community and Technical College.

HCTC has three campuses: the Main Campus in Hazard, the Lees College Campus in Jackson, and the Perry Campus in Hazard. The Main Campus is home to the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business and Technology, and the School of Health Sciences. The Lees College Campus is home to the School of Education and the School of Public Service. The Perry Campus is home to the School of Trades and Industry.

HCTC offers more than 50 academic and technical programs. Associate degrees are offered in arts, sciences, business, technology, education, public service, and health sciences. Certificate programs are offered in a variety of fields, including business, technology, trade and industry, health sciences, and public service.

HCTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The college is also accredited by the following agencies: the Kentucky Board of Nursing, the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission, the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services.
