Glendale Community College (GCC) is a public community college in Glendale, California. GCC is part of the Maricopa County Community College District, one of the largest community college districts in the United States. GCC offers associate degrees and certificate programs in over 100 areas of study, and serves more than 20,000 students each semester.

GCC was founded in 1926 as a junior college, and was the first community college in Arizona. In the early years, GCC offered courses in a variety of subjects, including business, education, and the arts. In the 1950s, GCC began to focus more on academic and career-oriented programs, and in the 1960s, the college began to offer four-year degrees in partnership with Arizona State University.

Today, GCC is a comprehensive community college that offers a wide range of programs and services. The college has six academic divisions: Arts and Humanities, Business and Information Technology, Health Sciences, Language Arts, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. GCC also has a number of special programs and centers, including the Center for Teaching and Learning, the Center for Student Success, the Small Business Development Center, and the Veterans Resource Center.

GCC is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The college is also recognized by the Arizona Board of Regents as a comprehensive community college.

GCC is located in Glendale, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. The college is situated on a 100-acre campus, and is adjacent to the Glendale Sports Complex and the Glendale Civic Center. GCC is accessible by freeway and public transportation, and is served by the Valley Metro bus system.
