Del Mar College is a public community college in Corpus Christi, Texas. The college offers associate degrees, certificates, and continuing education courses in a variety of subject areas.

Del Mar College was founded in 1935 as a junior college by the Corpus Christi Independent School District. The college was originally located in the old Corpus Christi High School building. In its early years, the college offered two-year programs leading to an Associate of Arts degree.

In the 1950s, the college began to expand its programs and facilities. A new campus was built in 1959, and the college began to offer four-year programs leading to a Bachelor of Arts degree. In the 1970s, the college added a number of technical and vocational programs.

Today, Del Mar College enrolls over 12,000 students in credit and non-credit programs. The college offers over 100 associate degree and certificate programs. Del Mar College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
