Admission Requirements
Community College of Philadelphia is an open-admission, public institution of higher education. CCP is committed to admitting any student who has the desire to learn and the ability to benefit from post-secondary education.
In order to be eligible for admission to CCP, students must:
1. Be a high school graduate or have a GED certificate.
2. Complete an application for admission.
3. Submit all required transcripts and test scores.
4. Meet with a college counselor to discuss their educational goals.
5. Register for classes.
6. Pay tuition and fees.
7. Complete a placement test, if required.
8. Attend an orientation session.
9. Meet with their academic advisor.
10. Follow the CCP Code of Conduct.
