Admission Requirements
The College of Lake County is a public community college in Illinois. The college offers a variety of programs and courses, and has an open admissions policy. This means that any student who meets the minimum requirements for admission is eligible to enroll.
The minimum requirements for admission to the College of Lake County are as follows:
1. Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
2. Must submit an official transcript from your high school or GED program
3. Must submit SAT or ACT scores (if you are a transfer student, you may not need to submit these)
4. Must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
5. Must complete a placement test (if required)
6. Must submit a completed application form
7. Must pay the application fee
If you meet all of the above requirements, you will be eligible to enroll in classes at the College of Lake County. Once you have been admitted, you will need to register for classes. You can do this online, or in person at the college.
