Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is a public two-year technical college in the U.S. state of Ohio. The college is part of the Ohio Technical College System. COTC has campuses in Newark and Coshocton, and a Center for Workforce Development in Pataskala. The college offers more than 130 associate degrees, technical certificates and diplomas. COTC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

COTC was established in 1971 as the Central Ohio Area Vocational School. The school was created in response to the need for more trained workers in the area. The school offered its first class in the fall of 1972. In 1974, the school was renamed Central Ohio Technical Institute. In 1988, the name was changed again to Central Ohio Technical College.
