Central Georgia Technical College is a public, two-year technical college serving a thirteen-county service area in central Georgia. The College is part of the Technical College System of Georgia and is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees, diplomas, and technical certificates of credit. Central Georgia Technical College is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.
The College offers over one hundred programs of study leading to associate degrees, diplomas, and technical certificates of credit. These programs are designed to prepare students for careers in business and industry, health care, information technology, and the skilled trades. The College also offers adult education and continuing education programs to meet the needs of the community.
