Blue Ridge Community and Technical College (BRCTC) is a two-year public institution of higher education located in Martinsburg, West Virginia, United States. The college is part of the Community and Technical College System of West Virginia and offers associate degrees and certificate programs in a variety of fields.

BRCTC was established in 1974 as a result of a merger between two local technical institutes, Blue Ridge Technical Institute and James Rumsey Technical Institute. The college has since grown to serve over 4,000 students annually.

The college offers a variety of programs in fields such as business, computer science, engineering, health sciences, and liberal arts. BRCTC also offers a number of workforce development and continuing education programs.

The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. BRCTC is also accredited by a number of professional organizations, including the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, the National League for Nursing, and the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs.

BRCTC has two campuses, the main campus in Martinsburg and the satellite campus in Charles Town. The college also has a number of off-campus locations throughout the region.
