Scholarship for Forsyth County, North Carolina residents who are college freshmen enrolled at North Carolina School of the Arts, Salem College, Wake Forest University, or Winston-Salem State University majoring in Music. North Carolina Millennium Teacher Scholarship Program
Scholarship for graduating high school seniors planning to attend Elizabeth City State University, Fayetteville State University, or Winston-Salem State University. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, a minimum 900 SAT score, and an interest in teaching in North Carolina public schools. Preference given to students majoring in areas of education that are in critical shortage. This is a forgiveable loan, students must teach in a North Carolina public school one year for each year of award. Due date may vary.
