President Ambassador Scholarship - Dnu
The President’s Ambassador Program is the result of the Office of Admissions’ efforts to utilize the best voice of the campus – its students – in getting the word out about the campus and its resources. Ambassadors will represent the President, the college, the student body, and the Vol State individual programs. This program provides a full scholarship at Vol State for the 2021-2022 Academic Year and includes a $300 book stipend.
An Ambassador is a motivated and caring student who has a desire to work with faculty, staff, students, and members of the community. They will assist with campus tours, special events, speaking engagements, phone-a-thons, and community service.
While serving in the President’s Ambassador Scholarship program, students are able to:
- Expand their communication skills
- Enhance leadership skills
- Work collectively as a team member with peers
- Cultivate dynamic relationships
