Orleans Technical College is a two-year technical college located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The college offers over 30 different technical and trade programs, as well as adult education and continuing education courses. Orleans Technical College was founded in 1945 as the Philadelphia Trade School. The school was created in response to the needs of World War II veterans returning home from the war. The school initially offered programs in carpentry, masonry, and machine shop. In the 1950s, the school began to expand its programs and facilities. In the 1960s, the school was renamed Orleans Technical Institute. In the 1970s, the school began offering evening and weekend programs to accommodate working adults. In the 1980s, the school was renamed Orleans Technical College. In the 1990s, the college began offering distance learning courses.

Orleans Technical College is located on a 10-acre campus in Northeast Philadelphia. The campus includes several buildings, including a library, computer lab, and student center. The college also has a distance learning center and a continuing education center.

Orleans Technical College offers over 30 different technical and trade programs. Programs are offered in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, automotive, welding, cosmetology, culinary arts, and more. The college also offers adult education and continuing education courses.
