East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT) is a public high school and technical training institute located in Mesa, Arizona. It is the only institute of its kind in Arizona, and one of only a handful in the United States. EVIT provides technical training in a variety of fields, including automotive, cosmetology, culinary arts, dental, health care, information technology, and more. Students can attend EVIT for two years, after which they can either enter the workforce or continue their education at a community college or university.

EVIT was founded in 1971 and has since grown to serve over 4,000 students from across the state. The institute is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and is a member of the National Association of Schools and Colleges of Technology (NATTS). EVIT is also recognized by the Arizona State Board of Education and the Arizona Department of Education.

EVIT has two campuses: the Main Campus in Mesa and the East Campus in Apache Junction. The Main Campus houses the majority of EVIT's programs, while the East Campus is home to the institute's automotive and culinary arts programs.

EVIT offers a variety of financial aid options to help students pay for their education, including grants, loans, and scholarships. The institute also offers a payment plan option for students who are unable to pay their tuition in full upfront.
