West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) is a public, two-year institution of higher education located in Paducah, Kentucky, in the United States. WKCTC is one of 16 two-year, publicly supported colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award Associate degrees.

WKCTC currently offers over 60 different degree and certificate programs in a variety of fields, including arts and sciences, business and technology, health sciences, and public service. Many of these programs can be completed entirely online. In addition to its academic programs, WKCTC also offers a variety of non-credit courses and training programs for both personal and professional development.

WKCTC was established in 2003, following the merger of the West Kentucky Vocational-Technical School and the Paducah Community College. The college's main campus is located on a 100-acre (40-hectare) site in Paducah's Business and Technology Park. The college also has campuses in Mayfield and Henderson, as well as a number of off-campus locations throughout the region.

In its first year of operation, WKCTC enrolled a total of 3,700 students. This number had grown to over 8,000 by the fall of 2006. The college's student body is diverse, with students coming from a variety of backgrounds and age groups.

WKCTC is committed to providing its students with a quality education at an affordable price. The college offers a variety of financial aid options, including scholarships, grants, and loans. In addition, the college works with a number of local businesses and organizations to provide its students with internship and job opportunities.

The college is governed by a nine-member board of trustees, all of whom are appointed by the Kentucky governor. The board is responsible for setting the college's policies and overseeing its operations.

The president of WKCTC is Dr. Barbara Veazey. She has served in this role since the college's inception in 2003.
