Wayne Community College (WCC) is a public, two-year community college in Goldsboro, North Carolina. WCC is a part of the North Carolina Community College System. The college offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates in over 50 programs of study.

WCC was founded in 1957 as Wayne County Industrial Education Center. The name was changed to Wayne County Community College in 1963. In 1992, the name was again changed, this time to Wayne Community College. The college moved to its current campus on Corporate Drive in 1996.

WCC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The college’s nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing.

WCC is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees. The college is led by President Thomas J. Flynn.
