The Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Paris (TCAT Paris) is a public, two-year technical college located in Paris, Tennessee. The college is one of 27 colleges in the Tennessee Board of Regents system, the largest system of higher education in Tennessee. The college offers programs in a variety of technical and occupational fields, and awards both associate degrees and technical certificates.

TCAT Paris was established in 1966 as the Tennessee Vocational School. The school was renamed in 1987 to the Tennessee Technology Center at Paris, and again in 1999 to its current name. The college has undergone several expansions and renovations over the years, most recently in 2012.

TCAT Paris serves a six-county area in west Tennessee. The college's primary service area includes Henry, Benton, Carroll, Gibson, Weakley, and Obion counties. The college also offers programs and services to students from outside its primary service area.

The college offers a variety of programs in a variety of technical and occupational fields. Programs of study include automotive technology, cosmetology, culinary arts, health information technology, industrial maintenance technology, and welding technology. The college also offers a variety of adult education and continuing education programs.

TCAT Paris is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees. The college is also accredited by a number of professional and occupational accrediting bodies.

TCAT Paris is a member of the Tennessee Association of Colleges and Universities and the Tennessee Board of Regents.
