Seminole State College is a public state college in the U.S. state of Florida. It is part of the Florida College System and is located in the city of Sanford, in Seminole County. The college was founded in 1965 as Seminole Junior College and became a four-year institution in 1986, when it was renamed Seminole State College of Florida. It is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Seminole State College offers more than 100 associate's degree and certificate programs in a variety of fields, including business, education, engineering, health care and liberal arts. The college also offers a number of bachelor's degree programs in partnership with other colleges and universities in Florida.
