Portland Community College (PCC) is a public community college in Portland, Oregon. It is the largest community college in Oregon and the second-largest in the United States. PCC has four campuses and nine centers located throughout the Portland metropolitan area. It also offers online and distance learning courses.

PCC was founded in 1961 as a part of the Portland Public Schools system. It was originally known as Portland Vocational-Technical Education Center. In 1964, the college separated from the school district and became an independent institution. In 1966, the college was renamed Portland Community College.

PCC offers associate's degrees, bachelor's degrees, and certificate programs. The college also provides adult basic education, English as a second language, and GED preparation courses. PCC is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.

PCC has an enrollment of over 80,000 students. The student body is diverse, with over 50% of students identifying as people of color. The college employs over 3,000 faculty and staff members.

PCC is a member of the Oregon Community College Association and the American Association of Community Colleges.
