Owensboro Community and Technical College (OCTC) is a two-year, public institution of higher education located in Owensboro, Kentucky, United States. It is one of 16 colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. The college serves the residents of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, and Union counties in Kentucky. Owensboro Community and Technical College offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates in more than 50 academic and technical programs. The college has articulation agreements with several four-year institutions, which allow students to transfer credits and complete a bachelor's degree. Owensboro Community and Technical College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

Owensboro Community and Technical College was established in 2003, when the Kentucky General Assembly merged Owensboro Technical College and Owensboro Community College. Owensboro Technical College was founded in 1948 as Owensboro Vocational School, a public high school offering vocational education. Owensboro Community College was established in 1965 as Daviess-Ohio County Community College, a two-year, public institution of higher education. In 1968, the college's name was changed to Owensboro Community College. In 2003, the Kentucky General Assembly merged Owensboro Technical College and Owensboro Community College to form Owensboro Community and Technical College.
