Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) is a public community college in Miami, Oklahoma. NEO is the oldest and largest of the three public colleges in the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education. The college offers associate's degrees in arts, sciences, and applied sciences, as well as bachelor's degrees in nursing and engineering technology. NEO is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

NEO was founded in 1919 as Miami School of Mines, a mining and engineering school. The school became a junior college in 1927 and began offering four-year degrees in the 1940s. In 1974, the school's name was changed to Northeastern Oklahoma Junior College. The college began offering bachelor's degrees in the 1980s and changed its name to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in 1997.

NEO has an enrollment of over 4,000 students, most of whom are from Oklahoma. The college offers a variety of student organizations and activities, including athletics, clubs, and fraternities and sororities. NEO's sports teams are known as the Norsemen and compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The Norsemen football team has won eight national championships, the most of any team in the NJCAA.

NEO is located in the city of Miami, which is in the northeastern corner of Oklahoma. The city is home to a variety of businesses and industries, as well as a number of cultural and recreational attractions.
