New River Community College (NRCC) is a two-year public college located in Dublin, Virginia, United States. It is part of the Virginia Community College System. The college offers a variety of programs and courses, including Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees, as well as certificate programs.

NRCC was established in 1966 as New River Valley Community College. The college changed its name to New River Community College in 2001. The college serves the cities of Dublin and Radford, and the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski.
