Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) is a public, two-year college located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. MCTC offers more than 70 degree and certificate programs in liberal arts, business and industry, health and human services, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

MCTC was founded in 1965 as Minneapolis Technical Institute. It became a community college in 1972 and merged with Minneapolis Community College in 1996. The college is located on a 22-acre campus in downtown Minneapolis, near the Mississippi River. It is the largest two-year college in Minnesota, with more than 14,000 students enrolled in credit courses each year.

MCTC is committed to providing an affordable, high-quality education that prepares students for successful careers and citizenship. The college offers a variety of services to help students succeed, including academic advising, tutoring, career services, and disability services. MCTC also offers a number of programs and services for businesses and community organizations, including workforce training, custom training, and conference and event services.
