Admission Requirements
Las Positas College (LPC) is a public community college in Livermore, California. LPC is part of the California Community Colleges system and is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. LPC offers Associate's degrees and Certificate programs.
To be eligible for admission to LPC, students must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Students must also take the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) or the General Educational Development (GED) test. LPC also requires that students complete the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) or the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) exam.
