Joliet Junior College (JJC) is a two-year community college in Joliet, Illinois. JJC offers pre-baccalaureate programs leading to transfer to a four-year institution, as well as occupational education leading to an Associate in Applied Science degree, certificates of completion, and industry-recognized credentials. The college also offers adult education and literacy programs, and community education courses.

Founded in 1901, Joliet Junior College is the first public community college in Illinois. The college was originally established to provide educational opportunities for the children of factory workers in the area. Today, JJC serves a diverse student population of over 15,000 credit and non-credit students each year.

JJC offers a wide variety of academic programs and services to meet the needs of its students. The college has six campuses located throughout Joliet and the surrounding communities. JJC also offers online and hybrid courses, as well as a variety of distance learning options.

In addition to its academic programs, JJC provides a number of student support services, including tutoring, counseling, and career services. The college also has an active student life program, with over 60 clubs and organizations. JJC is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and offers a variety of intercollegiate sports programs.

JJC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The college is also accredited by a number of professional and occupational accrediting agencies.
