Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) is a two-year public college in Louisville, Kentucky. It is part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). JCTC has four campuses in the Louisville metropolitan area: Downtown, Southwest, Southeast, and Carrollton. The Downtown and Southwest campuses are in Louisville, the Southeast campus is in Jeffersontown, and the Carrollton campus is in Carrollton, Kentucky.

JCTC offers over 50 associate degree and certificate programs in a variety of fields, including business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, and more. The college also offers a number of non-credit courses and programs for personal enrichment or professional development.

JCTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The college is also a member of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) and the Kentucky Association of Community and Technical Colleges (KCTCS).

Jefferson Community and Technical College was founded in 1971 as Jefferson Technical Institute. The college was renamed Jefferson Community College in 1995 and became part of KCTCS in 1998. In 2007, the college was renamed Jefferson Community and Technical College.
