Honolulu Community College (HonCC) is a public, two-year college in Honolulu, Hawaii. Founded in 1955, HonCC offers associate degrees and certificates in over 70 programs of study. The college also provides adult education and continuing education courses, as well as workforce development and community outreach programs.

HonCC is located on 25 acres of land in the Kalihi district of Honolulu, near the intersection of Dillingham Boulevard and North King Street. The college is adjacent to the Honolulu International Airport and the Hawaii Convention Center.

HonCC is governed by a nine-member Board of Regents, appointed by the Governor of Hawaii. The college is administered by a president, who is appointed by the Board of Regents.
