Great Plains Technology Center is a public, two-year career and technical education center located in Lawton, Oklahoma. Great Plains Technology Center has been serving the Lawton community for over 50 years. The center was originally established in 1965 as the Lawton Area Vocational-Technical School. The school was created in response to the growing need for skilled workers in the Lawton area.
