Gadsden Technical Institute is a public, two-year technical college located in Gadsden, Alabama. The school offers associate degrees and technical certificates in a variety of programs, including automotive technology, welding, cosmetology, and HVAC. GTI is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

GTI was founded in 1968 as Gadsden State Technical Institute, a branch of Alabama Polytechnic Institute (now Auburn University). The school became a standalone institution in 1971 and was renamed Gadsden State Community College in 1993. In 2003, the college added a second campus in Anniston, Alabama. In 2015, the college was renamed Gadsden Technical Institute.

GTI has an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students. The school's automotive technology program is nationally certified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF). The cosmetology program is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS).

GTI offers a variety of student services, including academic advising, career counseling, and tutoring. The school also has an active Student Government Association that organizes campus events and provides leadership opportunities for students.
