Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) is a public, two-year institution of higher education located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, in the United States. It is one of 16 colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The college offers more than 70 programs of study leading to two-year associate degrees, one-year certificates, and short-term occupational certifications.

ECTC was established in 1968 as a technical institute to provide training in technical and industrial occupations. The name was changed to Elizabethtown Community College in 1974 when the institution began offering academic transfer programs leading to four-year degrees. The college became part of KCTCS in 1998 and changed its name to Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.

ECTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate degrees. The college is also accredited by the following agencies: Aviation Accreditation Board International, Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, and National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.

The main campus of Elizabethtown Community and Technical College is located on a 106-acre (43 ha) site in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The campus includes eight buildings: the Academic Building, the Administration Building, the Student Center, the Library, the Bookstore, the Fitness Center, the Technical Education Center, and the Transportation Education Center. The college also operates the Hardin County Campus, located in Radcliff, Kentucky, and the Fort Knox Campus, located on the grounds of the United States Army post in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

ECTC offers more than 70 programs of study leading to associate degrees, one-year certificates, and short-term occupational certifications. The college also offers a number of dual-credit and dual-enrollment programs for high school students.

The academic programs at ECTC are organized into five divisions: Business and Public Services; Health Sciences; Industrial and Engineering Technologies; Liberal Arts and Social Sciences; and Mathematics, Science, and Technology.

The Business and Public Services Division offers programs of study leading to associate degrees and certificates in accounting, business administration, computer information systems, criminal justice, office systems technology, and paralegal studies.

The Health Sciences Division offers programs of study leading to associate degrees and certificates in dental hygiene, emergency medical technology, nursing, radiologic technology, and respiratory care.

The Industrial and Engineering Technologies Division offers programs of study leading to associate degrees and certificates in aviation maintenance technology, automotive technology, construction management technology, industrial maintenance technology, and welding technology.

The Liberal Arts and Social Sciences Division offers programs of study leading to associate degrees in arts, humanities, and social sciences.

The Mathematics, Science, and Technology Division offers programs of study leading to associate degrees and certificates in computer science, engineering technology, information technology, and mathematics.
