Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD) is a community college district in eastern Iowa. It is headquartered in Davenport, Iowa. The district serves the cities of Davenport, Bettendorf, Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott County.

EICCD was established in 1963, and its first campus, Scott Community College, opened in 1965. The college district now includes four campuses: Scott Community College, Clinton Community College, Muscatine Community College, and Eastern Iowa Community College (formerly Black Hawk College).

EICCD offers over 150 programs of study, including associate's degrees, certificates, and diploma programs. The college district also offers distance learning opportunities and adult education programs.

EICCD is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
