Admission Requirements
De Anza College is a community college located in the city of Cupertino, California. The college was founded in 1967. The college serves the cities of Cupertino, Los Altos, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale. The college offers Associate's degrees and certificate programs. The college is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
To be eligible for admission to De Anza College, students must meet the following requirements:
1. Students must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Students must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Students must have completed the California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE).
4. Students must have completed the required college preparatory courses.
5. Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA in all college preparatory courses.
6. Students must submit an official transcript from their high school or college.
7. Students must submit an official transcript from their GED testing center, if applicable.
8. Students must submit official SAT or ACT test scores, if applicable.
9. Students must submit a completed application for admission.
10. Students must submit a non-refundable application fee.
11. International students must submit additional documentation, as required.
