Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC), a two-year public institution of higher education, is located in Bossier City, Louisiana. The College is part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). BPCC serves Bossier Parish, one of the fastest-growing parishes in Louisiana. The College enrolls over 10,000 students annually in credit and non-credit courses.

The College offers a variety of programs leading to the Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees as well as certificates in technical and occupational areas. BPCC also offers dual enrollment courses for high school students. The College has an active distance learning program and offers courses online as well as through interactive television. In addition, BPCC provides workforce development and continuing education courses for business and industry.

TheBPCC campus is located on a 300-acre site in Bossier City. The campus includes over 30 buildings, including the C.E. Roy Center for the Arts, the W.L. "Bill" Nungesser Center, the Bossier Instructional Site, the Shreveport-Barksdale Highway Site, the Minden Site, and the Cyber Innovation Center. The College also operates the BPCC-Airline Site at the Shreveport Downtown Airport.

BPCC is governed by a seven-member Board of Supervisors appointed by the Bossier Parish Police Jury. The College is led by a president who is appointed by the Board of Supervisors.

The College is a member of the Louisiana Association of Community and Technical Colleges, the American Association of Community Colleges, and the Association of Louisiana Community Colleges.
