VanderCook College of Music is a music conservatory located in Chicago, Illinois. The college is named after its founder, Dr. W.S. VanderCook. It was founded in 1909 and is the oldest college of its kind in the United States. The college offers bachelor's and master's degrees in music education, performance, composition, and conducting. It is also home to the VanderCook Museum of Music, which houses a collection of over 10,000 musical instruments from around the world.
