The University of Saint Katherine is a private Catholic university located in San Diego, California. It is the only Catholic university in the Diocese of San Diego and one of only 28 Catholic universities in California. The university is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and offers bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in a variety of disciplines.

Founded in 1952 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, the University of Saint Katherine is a Catholic institution of higher learning dedicated to the education of the whole person. The university is committed to academic excellence, personal development, and social responsibility.
