Sherman College of Chiropractic is a private chiropractic college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States. It was founded in 1973 and offers a Doctor of Chiropractic degree as its sole program. The college is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Council on Chiropractic Education.

The college's stated mission is "to educate chiropractors who excel in clinical practice, research and teaching, and who are committed to the principles of vertebral subluxation as the underlying cause of many neurological disorders." The college offers a four-year, full-time Doctor of Chiropractic degree program. The curriculum includes classroom, laboratory and clinical instruction in the basic and clinical sciences.

In addition to the Doctor of Chiropractic degree, the college offers a Master of Science in Chiropractic degree program and a number of postgraduate programs and continuing education courses. The college has a faculty of over 60 full-time and part-time instructors, and a student body of approximately 400 students.

The college's main campus is located on a 28-acre (110,000 m2) site in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The campus includes a number of buildings, including the David D. Palmer Health Sciences Center, which houses the college's classrooms, laboratories and offices; the Robert B. Palmer Chiropractic Clinic, which is the college's teaching clinic; the Edward C. Jones Library; and on-campus housing for students.

The college also operates a number of off-campus clinics, including the Sherman College Community Clinic, which provides free chiropractic care to underserved populations in the Spartanburg area; the G.W. Henderson, Jr. Clinic in Greenville, South Carolina, which provides chiropractic care to patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions; and the Piedmont Health Care Clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina, which provides chiropractic care to patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

The college is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the Council on Chiropractic Education. The Doctor of Chiropractic degree program is accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education. The Master of Science in Chiropractic degree program is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

The college is a member of the Association of Chiropractic Colleges, the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations, and the Council on Chiropractic Education.
