Saint Xavier University is a Catholic institution of higher learning located in Chicago, Illinois. The school was founded in 1846 by a group of seven Jesuits, and today the university is still run by the Jesuits. Saint Xavier is the oldest Catholic university in Illinois, and the oldest university in Chicago. The school enrolls approximately 4,000 students from over 60 different countries. The university offers undergraduate and graduate programs, and is divided into four colleges: the College of Arts and Sciences, the Graham School of Management, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the School of Education.

Saint Xavier University is committed to providing a quality education to its students. The school has a strong focus on the liberal arts, and offers a wide range of programs in the humanities, sciences, and business. The university also has a number of unique programs, such as a Master of Arts in Catholic Studies, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Pastoral Studies.
