Rocky Vista University (RVU) is a private, for-profit osteopathic medical school with campuses in Colorado and Utah. It was founded in 2006 and is accredited by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). The university offers the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.

RVU's main campus is located in Parker, Colorado, a suburb of Denver. The campus is situated on a 140-acre (0.57 km2) site and includes six buildings. The university also has a campus in Ivins, Utah, which opened in August 2014. This campus is located on a 50-acre (20 ha) site and includes four buildings.

RVU offers a four-year curriculum leading to the D.O. degree. The first two years of the curriculum are completed at the Parker campus, and the final two years are completed at the Ivins campus. The curriculum includes didactic coursework, laboratory work, clinical rotations, and research.

RVU has a total enrollment of 1,445 students (as of Fall 2019). The student body is composed of students from 41 states and 19 countries. The university offers a variety of scholarships and financial aid programs to help students finance their education.

RVU is home to the Center for Rural Health Innovation, which is working to improve access to healthcare in rural communities. The university also operates a free clinic, which provides medical care to underserved populations in the Denver area.

RVU is accredited by the COCA. The university's D.O. program is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association's Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA).

RVU has been ranked among the top medical schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report and The Princeton Review.
