Rabbinical College of America (RCA) is a rabbinical school located in Morristown, New Jersey. The school is affiliated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement of Hasidic Judaism. It is the largest institution of higher education in the world affiliated with the Chabad movement. The college offers a five-year program of study leading to the degree of Master of Rabbinic Studies (MRS). The program includes courses in Talmud, halakha (Jewish law), Jewish philosophy, Hasidic thought, Chasidic texts, and Jewish history. In addition, students are required to complete a year of study in Israel. The college also offers a four-year program leading to the degree of Bachelor of Talmudic Law (BTL), as well as a two-year post-graduate program leading to the degree of Master of Talmudic Law (MTL).

RCA was founded in 1947 by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, the seventh Lubavitcher Rebbe. The school was originally located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. In 1971, the school moved to its current location in Morristown, New Jersey. RCA is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

The college's mission is to train competent, committed, and compassionate rabbis who will be leaders in the Jewish community and who will help to ensure the continuity of the Jewish people. RCA's graduates serve as rabbis, educators, and chaplains in Jewish communities around the world.
