Purdue University Northwest (PNW) is a public university in Hammond, Indiana, United States. It is the fifth and newest campus of the Purdue University system. Purdue University Northwest was established on July 15, 2014, when Purdue University Calumet and Purdue University North Central were merged. Purdue University Northwest is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

The university has two campuses: the main campus in Hammond and a smaller campus in Westville. The Hammond campus is located on the former campus of Purdue University Calumet, and the Westville campus is located on the former campus of Purdue University North Central.

Purdue University Northwest offers more than 70 undergraduate and graduate programs in five colleges: the College of Business, the College of Engineering and Sciences, the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, the College of Technology, and the College of Liberal Arts.

Purdue University Northwest is home to more than 10,000 students from over 50 countries. The university has a student-to-faculty ratio of 16:1 and an average class size of 28.

Purdue University Northwest is a member of the NCAA Division II and competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC). The university fields 17 varsity teams in 11 sports.
