Admission Requirements

Phoenix Seminary is an accredited institution of higher learning that offers a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree and other graduate-level degrees. The seminary is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

In order to be eligible for admission into the Master of Divinity program, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. In addition, applicants must submit official transcripts, a personal essay, letters of recommendation, and a resume. The admissions committee will also consider an applicant's academic record, professional experience, and personal references.

Once an applicant has been admitted into the Master of Divinity program, he or she will be required to complete a minimum of 90 credit hours. The curriculum for the Master of Divinity program includes coursework in Old and New Testament studies, theology, church history, ethics, and practical ministry. In addition, students must complete a practicum and a thesis in order to graduate.
