Pacific Rim Christian University is a private, coeducational university located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The university is affiliated with the Pacific Rim Association of Colleges and Universities. The university was founded in 1965 by Dr. Robert B. Stauffer, a former missionary to Japan. The university's campus is located on the site of the former Fort Ruger, a military installation that was decommissioned in 1947. The university's campus is situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
