Ohr Hameir Theological Seminary, located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, is a Chabad yeshiva founded in 1957 by Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach. It offers a five-year program of Talmudic study, with an emphasis on Hasidic thought and practice. The student body consists of approximately 150 men, most of whom are in their twenties.

The yeshiva is named after Rabbi Meir Simcha of Dvinsk, author of the Or Meir commentary on the Talmud. Rabbi Auerbach was a student of Rabbi Meir Simcha's grandson, Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchok Ruderman.

Rabbi Auerbach served as the rosh yeshiva until his passing in 1995. He was succeeded by Rabbi Dovid Feinstein, son of Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. Rabbi Feinstein resigned in 1999, and was succeeded by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Jacobson.

Rabbi Jacobson resigned in 2006, and was succeeded by Rabbi Shmuel Lew, son of Rabbi Dovid Lew. Rabbi Lew resigned in 2012, and was succeeded by Rabbi Shlomo Zalman HaLevi Wachtfogel, son of Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach.

Rabbi Wachtfogel resigned in 2016, and was succeeded by Rabbi Shmuel Yaakov Klein, son of Rabbi Shlomo Klein.

The current dean of the yeshiva is Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Auerbach's son-in-law, Rabbi Yisroel Meir Auerbach.

The yeshiva is affiliated with the Lubavitch Hasidic community.
