Mesivtha Tifereth Jerusalem of America (MTJ) is a rabbinical school located in New York City. It was founded in 1943 by Rabbi Mordechai Kaplan, and is currently headed by Rabbi Dovid Zwiebel. MTJ offers a four-year program leading to the ordination of rabbis, as well as a two-year program for the training of cantors. The school is affiliated with the Conservative movement.

MTJ's curriculum is based on the Talmud and the codes of Jewish law. In addition to their religious studies, students are also required to take courses in Jewish history, literature, and Hebrew. The school also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including a student-run newspaper and a debating society.

MTJ is committed to preparing its students for leadership roles in the Jewish community. In addition to their academic training, students are also required to complete a year of service in a Jewish community organization. Upon graduation, rabbis are expected to serve as pulpit rabbis, educators, or Jewish communal professionals.
