Le Moyne-Owen College is a small, private, historically black college in Memphis, Tennessee. The college was founded in 1866 by the Society of Jesus as the first Jesuit college in the South. It is one of only 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. The college is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

The college's mission is to prepare students "for a world that is increasingly multicultural and interconnected." The college offers bachelor's degrees in business administration, biology, computer science, education, English, history, mathematics, psychology, and sociology. The college also offers a master's degree in education.

Approximately 1,000 students are enrolled at Le Moyne-Owen College. The student body is about evenly split between men and women. The college has a student-to-faculty ratio of 14-to-1.

Le Moyne-Owen College is located in the Midtown neighborhood of Memphis. The campus is situated on 36 acres of land. The college's main academic building, Murphy Hall, was built in 1871 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The college is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and competes in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference (GCAC). The college's sports teams are nicknamed the Magicians. The college's men's basketball team has won two NAIA national championships (in 1957 and 1968).
