Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine (GCSOM) is a private medical school in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It is one of 20 medical schools in Pennsylvania. The school is affiliated with Geisinger Health System, a not-for-profit integrated health care delivery system that serves more than 3 million people in central, south-central and northeastern Pennsylvania, and also in southern New Jersey.

GCSOM offers a four-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree program. The school also has a number of dual degree programs, including an MD/PhD, an MD/MPH, and an MD/MBA. The school also offers a number of certificate programs and continuing medical education courses.

GCSOM was founded in 2008. The school's first class of students graduated in 2012. The school is accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME).

The school's mission is to "improve the health and well-being of the people of Pennsylvania and the nation through education, patient care, research and community service." The school has a number of centers and institutes, including the Center for Rural Health Policy Research, the Institute for Healthcare Quality and Leadership, and the Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion.
