Eastern Florida State College (EFSC) is a public state college in Brevard County, Florida. The college was established in 1960 as Brevard Junior College and renamed in 2013. It is part of the Florida College System and offers associate and baccalaureate degrees. The college has four campuses in Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay and Titusville. In 2019, the college enrolled over 30,000 students.
EFSC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate and baccalaureate degrees. The college offers over 100 degree and certificate programs. Associate degrees are offered in arts, sciences and applied sciences. Bachelor's degrees are offered in business administration, education, nursing and engineering technology. The college also offers a number of non-degree programs.
The college's athletics teams compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the Mid-Florida Conference (MFC). The college's sports teams include men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, tennis and volleyball. The college's mascot is the Titan and its colors are blue and gold.
EFSC is a member of the Florida Consortium of Community Colleges and the Florida Association of Community Colleges. The college is governed by a five-member board of trustees appointed by the governor of Florida. The college's president is Dr. Jim Richey.
