Concordia Theological Seminary (CTS) is a seminary of the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS) located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It is one of two seminaries of the LCMS, the other being Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. CTS offers three degree programs: the Master of Divinity, the Master of Arts in Religion, and the Doctor of Ministry.

CTS was founded in 1846 as the German Theological Seminary of the Northwest by six LCMS pastors. The seminary's first president was C.F.W. Walther, who would later become the first president of the LCMS. The seminary moved to Springfield, Illinois, in 1852, then to Fort Wayne in 1869. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the seminary experienced significant growth, due in part to the wave of German immigration to the United States.

Today, CTS is one of the largest seminaries of the LCMS, with an enrollment of over 500 students. The seminary's faculty comprises over 50 full-time and adjunct professors. CTS is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada.

The seminary's campus is located on 30 acres (12 ha) in the historic Waynedale neighborhood of Fort Wayne. The campus includes several buildings, including the Walther Library, the Kramer Chapel, and the St. Paul Center for Biblical Studies. CTS also operates a distance learning program, which offers courses online and through a network of over 60 extension sites across the United States.
