Catholic Theological Union at Chicago (CTU) is a private graduate school of theology and ministry in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. It is the largest Catholic graduate school of theology in the United States, and one of the largest theological seminaries in the world.

Founded in 1857 as St. Mary's College by the Vincentian Fathers, CTU is a member school of the Association of Chicago Theological Schools and the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. It is also a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.

The school offers degrees in theology and ministry, including the Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Ministry, Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and Doctor of Ministry. It also offers certificate programs and continuing education for clergy and laypeople.

CTU's faculty includes scholars from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, representing Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox traditions. The school is committed to academic excellence and providing students with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective ministry in the Church.
