The Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine (AIOM) is a non-profit educational institution located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was founded in 1983 by Dr. Richard Y. Kim, who is also the current president and CEO. The institute offers a four-year Master of Science in Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.) degree, as well as a two-year Master of Science in Acupuncture (M.S.A.) degree. The institute is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM) and is a member of the National Association of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NACAOM).

The AIOM curriculum includes coursework in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Western medicine, and Oriental medical theory. Students also receive training in medical ethics, research methods, and clinical practice. The institute offers clinical training at its on-site clinic, as well as at affiliated clinics throughout Florida. Upon graduation, students are eligible to take the national board exams administered by the NCCAOM.

The AIOM is committed to providing quality education in Oriental medicine and to promoting the integration of Oriental and Western medicine. The institute offers a variety of continuing education courses for licensed practitioners, and its faculty members frequently give lectures and workshops on Oriental medicine topics. The AIOM also houses a research center that is dedicated to investigating the efficacy of Oriental medical treatments.
